Xiaomi Launched the Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 plus last December, from then the hunch was there, of Xiaomi launching the bigger version of the 5 series as Note 5 in the global markets.
And as expected the leaks flood the Internet again. According to 3C listings, the Note5 will come in two versions. Both with 5.99″ and 18:9 aspect ratio Screen.
One of the models is rocking Snapdragon 636 with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. This is priced CNY1,799 (roughly €230/$285). And the cheaper one is having Snapdragon 630 with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage.And is priced CNY1,499 (roughly €190/$238).The Snapdragon 630 is clocked slightly lower than the Snapdragon 636.
Both the models have a dual-camera setup with 16 MP + 5 MP sensors, the front one with 8 MP sensor. The phone will come with MIUI 9 out of the box and will support face recognition.The battery should be 4,100 mAh with 18W Fast Charge support.
The phones are expected to share the stage with the Mi 7 at MWC 2018.And is expected to launch next month.
