MIUI 9.5 Stable ROM started rolling out


Xiaomi started rolling out MIUI 9.5 Stable ROM for the Redmi Note 4 last week, later some users reported the update rolling out for Redmi 3S. Yesterday Xiaomi confirmed that it is rolling out the update to Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 3, Mi Max/Prime and Redmi 3S/Prime in phases. Today the company has confirmed that list of devices that will get the MIUI 9.5 update along with the roll out time-frame.

Expect the Mi 2/2S, Mi Note, Mi 4i, Redmi Note 4G, Redmi 2 / Redmi 2 Prime that got the final MIUI 9.2 update recently with Interactive and Fresh UI changes, New Gallery App, Calendar Cards, App Vault, Mi Video App, New Mi Explorer, other devices that got the MIUI 9 update will get the MIUI 9.5 update, as confirmed by Xiaomi earlier.

Xiaomi device running Android 7.0 or above will get the New Notifications Shade feature with MIUI 9.5 Stable ROM. This brings Bundled Notifications and Quick Reply for the phones.

  • Mi Max
  • Mi Max Prime

  • Redmi 4A

Early April

  • Redmi Note 5A Prime/Redmi Y1
  • Redmi Note 5A/Redmi Y1 Lite
  • Redmi 5A
  • Redmi 5 Plus (Redmi Note 5 in India)
  • Redmi Note 5 (Redmi Note 5 Pro in India)
  • Redmi 5
  • Mi Max 2
  • Mi 5
  • Redmi 4X (Redmi 4 in India)
  • Mi 6
  • Mi MIX 2

Mid April

  • Mi Note 2
  • Mi 5s
  • Mi MIX
  • Mi Note 3
  • Mi 5s Plus

This schedule might not be final, and the roll out might get delayed for some devices. Xiaomi already confirmed that it has started working on MIUI 10 so the MIUI 9.5 will likely be the final update in the MIUI 9 series.
