A new variant of Blackberry Key 2 was spotted in FCC for certification. The spotted model looks similar to the model shared by @evleaks on Twitter. That model included mention of blue and copper colours with the addition of the red one, that’s in the picture.
The device bears the model no BBE100-2, which is just different form the KEY 2’s model no which has a “F” in place of the “E” and the “2 ” in the model no denotes that it is an North- American model.
Some of the previous bench marks shoelws that it has similar specs to the KEY 2 but with a change in memory specs where the KEY 2 has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage the spotted version has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. According to our assumptions that blackberry will sell this variant with more reasonable price, let’s say around $549.
BlackBerry might announce these devices at IFA, later next month.
